some breathing meditations qualifies as learning easy
meditation techniques. Having that said, those who suffer from
anxiety, the first thing your doctors will likely want to do is
prescribe medication for your condition. Many medications for
anxiety are addictive and come with annoying side effects but
breathing techniques can be so incredibly useful to those
desiring quick cure from anxiety.
Start to pay attention to your breathing. It’s something we
take for granted, yet breathing gives us vital oxygen and
learning some easy meditation techniques by paying attention to
breathing is simple to do and very beneficial. When you first
start with these breathing meditation techniques, it’s probably
best if you are sitting down. Whilst you can perform breathing
meditation standing up, start out by sitting down. You can
always adjust your technique once you get used to things.
Take a long, slow, deep breath in. Notice the air filling
your lungs. Notice the feelings you get as you breath in. Then,
once your lungs are full of air, hold your breath. Not for
long, just a second or two will do fine. But just hold your
breath and again notice the sensations that you feel. Finally,
slowly and surely, breath out. Exhale all the air that you have
breathed in. this process should take about the same time as it
took for you to inhale.
Pay particular attention to your breathing. See what it
feels like to let your breathing come and go. Don't try to
control it in any way. Just let it come and go. Let your breath
be easy. No need to control it at all. Just let it come and
go.
Now, begin to relax even deeper. Just let go
and relax. Let your energy come and go. Let your energy
release. Let go of whatever may come up in your body, and just
let yourself relax. Let your breathing come easily. Just
continue letting go. Let go of whatever may come up in your
body. Let go of any sensation, any fear, any feeling of
despair, or unhappiness. Just let go of whatever may come up,
and let the energy flow through your body. Let go, and let the
energy flow. Don't hold anything back. Just let it flow.
With proper practice, you'll soon realise that the
breathing
technique can be great for your relaxation
endeavors.
