 1. Deep Breathing is very useful for any person, you child can learn to take a breath hold it and then release it, this slow that his breath and blood pressure, heart rate and will feel more healthy. It naturally helps slowing down the body’s natural response to stress. This can be done by anyone and children usually find it entertaining.

2. Progressive muscles relaxation, you are going to focus on different muscles of the body and relax them in a progressive way. For example you can focus on your arms stretch them, hold them and then release them at the same time that you release your breath.

3. Visualization or visual guided imagery is another very useful way to relax, the child should imagine beautiful places, with peace, happiness and with people that he loves. 8. Laughter is a wonderful way to relieve stress and get relaxed and it helps the body to relax tense muscles. It releases chemicals in the body that reduce tension and pain. It will be great for the children.

9. Toe tensing draws tension down from the rest of the body. This simple exercise involves laying on your back and allowing yourself to sense your toes. Use your toe muscles to pull all ten toes back in the direction of your face and hold to the count of ten. Relax your toes and hold to the count of ten. Repeat the exercise ten times.
